第二十二条 审核通过的国家课程教材，由国务院教育行政部门履行行政审定程序。审定通过的教材列入全国中小学教学用书目录。审核通过的地方课程教材，由省级教育行政部门审定后列入本省（区、市）中小学教学用书目录。审定后的教材不得擅自修改。
